The new year is finally here and with it there are hopes, renewed goals, and visions of what could be. We are very happy to be here.
Throughout January we have focused a lot on the team. It’s an amazing team of people here and they don’t come any more professional.
Our training is spectacularly spot on. Our CES representatives really know what they are doing and our purpose has never been stronger—to find the best rate in the current market for our commercial customers.
We also like to have fun. We got through the holidays playing Elf on a Shelf every morning with great passion and competitiveness. Our Elf’s name is Pepperette. It was a great way to start each morning.
We also go to great lengths to acknowledge some of our superstars. For instance, our trainer has been doing a superb job helping some new employees get on board! She is a real pro!
We even gave a shout out to Tom Brady, quarterback for the Bucs at one of our staff meetings. And our “Big Dog” of the week, Chris, proudly accepted the accolades on Tom’s behalf.
Speaking of football, January has been exciting. As the playoffs were happening, it looked for a while like the Buffalo Bills and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a chance to play each other at the Super Bowl. Our CEO, Pat Clouden is from Buffalo and is a diehard fan. There are MANY Bucs fans here and the fact that the Super Bowl is being played in Tampa made it a very exciting possibility. So we played it up at our staff meetings and we documented the excitement. Though the Bills didn’t make it, we are ALL super excited that the Bucs are playing on their home field in the Super Bowl!!
